Receive discount code
Once your application is approved, we’ll email you a unique code that you will use to get the discount.

Choose an e-bike store
Find a bike shop near you from our list of retailers that accept discount codes.
Step 4
Purchase an e-bike
When you arrive at the store, show them the voucher and your ID. You’ll pay the retail price of the bike minus the voucher amount.

We will need three things: (1) basic identifying information about you, (2) proof that you are a Massachusetts resident, and (3) proof that you are income-qualified. We accept a wide range of documents.
No. You have 60 days to buy an e-bike, after which your voucher expires. But purchasing an e-bike is not required.
All qualifying e-bikes come with a minimum warranty. You should contact the store where you purchased the e-bike for further details, as they will be best-equipped to service the e-bike you purchased from them.
You are free to use the e-bike for all of your transportation needs. The goal of our program is to reduce your carbon footprint, so the more frequently you use your new e-bike (particularly instead of a car), the more you'll help reduce the 37% of greenhouse gas emissions that transportation accounts for in Massachusetts.
